We received an inquiry stating, 'In order to differentiate from other stores, I would like gold pachinko balls with a luxurious feel. Can you accommodate this?' In response, we applied a gold coating of titanium nitride (TiN) using our ion plating process. Since pachinko balls are spherical, we devised a jig during processing to ensure an even coating across the entire surface. Currently, it seems that these balls are also used to distinguish between different rental prices within the store (such as 1 yen pachinko and 4 yen pachinko).
